Makino A88E Flexible Manufacturing Cell with 16 Pallet System

• A 4-axis (allows for XYZ translational motion and a 360° rotary table) mill used to manufacture high quantities of precision parts with a short lead time. Two mills are connected in a flexible manufacturing cell serviced by an autonomous robot that puts raw material into the work area and removes completed parts from the work area. The machine is capable of running 24 hours a day with no human attention.
